The Eco-Office Rating System has been developed such that anybody can be appointed to fill in the questionnaire. However, they might need to seek the assistance of the Facilities, Purchasing, Human Resource and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer or Manager.

For the questions that require a yes-no answer, please answer yes only if your office fully undertakes the issue in question.

Some of the questions require data on a per year basis. If you do not have this information, please obtain this data from the last preceding months and derive an average for the whole year.
